Shipping and Fulfillment Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Our products are made to order and fulfilled through our production partner. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take a little longer. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

United States: 5–10 business days after production
International: 10–20 business days after production

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, customs processing, and other external factors beyond our control.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. The email will include your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers typically become active within 24–48 hours.

International Shipping
We ship to many countries worldwide. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or if your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or solution when appropriate.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already been processed, we may not be able to reroute the shipment.
